D-Street Newsmakers: Yes Bank, Tata Motors among stocks that buzzed most on November 16

Indian equities continued to trade higher despite subdued trade in European markets. At the close, Nifty settled 90 points or 0.46 per cent higher at 19,765.2. Meanwhile, broader markets ended 0.8 per cent higher at 41,726.

Here are the stocks that buzzed most in session today:

Yes Bank: Shares of the private lender have been on the run-up and has scaled levels of over Rs 20, gaining 10 per cent in 5  days.

QSR stocks: After commercial LPG cylinder rates have been slashed, hotel stocks gained focus today.

Tata Motors: Shares of the company notched a fresh 52-week high after the company announced the price band  of Tata Technologies IPO.

Suzlon Energy: Shares of renewable energy company hit a new 52-week high after the stock was included in the MSCI Emerging India index.

Bajaj Finance: Shares of the NBFC ended with 2 per cent gains at Rs 7362.45 per share even as the RBI put a ban on its 2 lending products.

TCS: Shares of the IT major ended 2.75 per cent higher at Rs 3497.85 after the company fixed the record date for its share buyback.

Union Bank: Amid profit book in the PSU Banking space, shares of Union Bank of India ended 2 per cent lower at Rs 110.35.

Rategain Travel: The company launched its QIP on the previous day to raise a total of Rs 600 crore with the greenshoe option for an oversubscription of Rs 200 crore.
