41 Howard Place, Ronkonkoma

Allmark Door Company, a Springfield, N.J.-based supplier of commercial and industrial doors, leased 8,000 square feet of industrial space at 41 Howard Place in Ronkonkoma. Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, 41 Howard Place LLC, in the lease transaction.

110 Mahan St., West Babylon

Impero Marmi Corp., a maker of custom cabinets and countertops, leased 4,300 square feet of industrial space at 110 Mahan St. in West Babylon. The company is relocating from Deer Park. Alberto Fiorini and Scott Harz of Alliance Real Estate represented the tenant, while Michael Pisciotta of Metro Realty Services represented the landlord, Ricca Properties LLC, in the lease transaction.

65 Allen Blvd., Farmingdale

Precision Pharmacy, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, purchased a 10,000-square-foot industrial building on .50 acres at 65 Allen Blvd. for $1.05 million. The sale price was reduced after the building suffered substantial damage from a fire earlier this year. Precision already owns the 10,000-square-foot building next door at 69 Allen Blvd., but the company needed more space to accommodate its growing business. The buyer plans to invest several million dollars to restore, renovate and equip its new property. Gary Chimeri of Paramount Properties Group represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Barish Pump, in the sales transaction.

45 Cedar Swamp Road, Glen Cove

Paola Rodriquez, who provides accounting, insurance and notary services, leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 45 Cedar Swamp Road in Glen Cove. Giuseppe Gregorio of NY Space Finders represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Olivia Wierzbicki, in the lease transaction.

120 Toledo St., Farmingdale

Hi-Tech Fire & Safety Inc. leased 2,100 square feet of industrial space at 120 Toldeo St. in Farmingdale. Michael Pisciotta of Metro Realty Services represented the tenant, while his Metro Realty Services colleague Jeremy Hackett represented the landlord, Schaffer Realty LLC, in the lease transaction.
